Jeff Ward, Secretary

Meet Jeff

Jeff Ward received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University in Dallas, Texas, in 2006. While pursuing his doctorate he also obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in Health and Wellness and Anatomy and Physiology. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems. He and his wife established Ward Chiropractic Center and Massage Time - Lake Jackson, and currently own and operate Ward Chiropractic Center in Spring. After graduating from Texas A&M University, Dr. Ward worked for Fortune 500 companies such as The Associates, Citigroup and KMPG; however, he has always felt the desire to help others through wellness, and after years in the corporate world, he decided to make that desire a reality by becoming a chiropractor and focusing his career on physical medicine.

Dr. Ward was raised in the small town of Sweeny, Texas, and is a graduate of Sweeny High School. He was an avid athlete but excelled in tennis and received athletic scholarships to play tennis in college. Dr. Ward was initially introduced to the sport of cheer when his daughter fell in love with the sport at Texas Empire at the age of 6. He quickly admired the discipline, determination, and drive it takes for these athletes to succeed at all levels, and it didn’t take long for him to reach out to the owner of the small gym his daughter was representing…long story short – he became a certified tumbling and building level coach. Dr. Ward has served on several boards, including True To Life Ministries and Lake Jackson Parks and Recs, but his passion for the sport of cheer and his desire to ensure this sport is accessible to more athletes has lead him to a position on SHADES. Dr. Ward has a beautiful wife named Amber, and they are proud parents of 3 incredible children, Dylan (all-star athlete), Bronson (soccer), and Bode (soccer).
